Absolutely. Each Field Tested product is rigorously inspected and certified by GUNNER’s in-house Quality Control team to meet our highest standards.
Can I return or exchange a product I purchased from The YARD?
No. All products in The YARD are **final sale** and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Is the GUNNER warranty included where applicable to The YARD products?
Yes, valid for the original purchaser only. If you're buying a kennel, rest assured it comes with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. Product from The YARD are still GUNNER tough, always GUNNER guaranteed.
Are soft goods (like dog beds) in The YARD cleaned before they’re sold?
Yes — every soft good in The YARD, including the Homestead Dog Bed and Orthopedic Dog Bed, is cleaned and sanitized before being offered for sale. We take extra care with returned bedding, and clean each piece. However, please note that "Field Tested" items are in the Yard because they have been returned after the original packaging has been opened. Though we wash each return before selling, this is important to note for your own risk assessment.
What are "Second Call" and "Field Tested" conditions?
Our Field Tested products are GUNNER’s version of “scratch & dent" or Open Box. These products may have minor cosmetic imperfections (like scratches on the floor of a kennel or blemishes on the exterior mold of a Food Crate) due to returns or transit damage, but meet all the same safety and durability standards as a brand-new GUNNER product.

Orders are shipped directly from GUNNER’s headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee – same as the rest of our gear.
How does inventory work in The YARD?
The YARD's inventory is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We can’t guarantee or anticipate future or present restocks. You can look for the sign-up prompt on sold-out items for email or SMS alert options to be first to know.
