Hard not to be a fan

"(Pun intended) I’m a big fan of the fan kit. I used to clip a plastic honeywell fan to the kennel door and run it off a small Goal Zero power station. Finally got the fan kit and the convenience of just having it mount to the door securely and I NEVER have to take it off is amazing. The battery life on this thing is comical… 20 hours on low… awesome! And even the low setting really moves the air. Well worth the price. My only concern is someone could easily come up and steal this off the kennel (but I could be missing a locking point on it)."

Hedging my Bet for BlackJACK

"I'm very pleased with the G1 Kennel in black. It's tie downed with the Gunner straps. I attached the Gunner Fan Kit to the side of the kennel nearest a plug so that it can be easily charged and used at the same time during travel. I've only used the Gunner Performance Pad so far for day trips. I have the Gunner Orthopedic Pad for use on future overnight trips. BlackJack, aka JACK, seems to be comfortable in the kennel, and he's not a great fan of kennels. I also have the black Gunner Food Storage Crate in 30, along with the black Food Scoop, and two red Bowls with lids. I use the Food Storage, Food Scoop, and Bowls with lids for home and travel."

"Horrible. $350 for a fan that doesnt even work. This is the second time they’ve send faulty products to me. Bot as advertised. Beware of buying products from them. You might get lucky and it will work but after making multiple purchases from them, every item is either scratched, doesnt work, or its missing parts!"

"Must have! This fan kit is something you cant skip on your setup. I have 2 kits for my golden on his kennel at all times. Sure, it is expensive, but there is not a comparable product on the market elsewhere. The battery life is great, they are completely weatherproof, easy install, and most importantly keep my dog cool."

Q&A

Is there a USB-C charger that is compatible? I occasionally need to charge from a power bank or solar panel.
Hey! The fan is not USB-C compatible.
I see this comes with a battery - is this acceptable on flights?
Hey Ethan! You should be good to fly with it, as TSA battery regulations only apply to lithium ion batteries. Ours is a nickel-metal hydride battery. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
If you mount the fan on the bottom of the door. Would the water bowl stop the air flow? I think it would but I have seen pics with it mounted that way.
Hey! Yes, if you have the bowl and the fan mounted at the bottom then the bowl will block some of the airflow.
What are the led indicators when fully charged
Hey! All indicators will be blinking on a full charge. It will depend on if the fan is running at high speed, low speed, or turned off for the color that is blinking. This doesn’t have any sort of air conditioning to it right? It is simply a fan that just pushes the hot air around in the crate?
That is correct. The Fan Kit does not have a hot or cold setting. It keep air moving throughout the kennel.
