GUNNER works hard to ensure your customer experience is as seamless as possible. Below we've spelled out the returns & exchanges process, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
GUNNER offers free returns & exchanges for unused Food Crate products, as well as for kennel accessories and Gunner Wear items.
We also accept returns and exchanges on unused G1™ kennels, although a shipping fee will be deducted for return cost (see details below).
All returns or exchanges must be started within 30 days of original delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s in the original condition, without cosmetic defects or noticeable use.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
If you choose to ship a kennel back with a label provided by GUNNER, we will deduct $30 per kennel from the refund amount for the return shipping cost, for domestic orders in the lower 48. This is due to the bulk of the G1™ kennel and its freight cost.
For returns from Hawaii or Alaska, the process is different. Please contact our CX team here.
PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX AND FLOOR LINER IN PLACE
All kennels ship in (1) large box. If you are considering returning or exchanging, keep your original box and floor liner in place. Failing to do so can result in an additional $100 return fee. If the customer does not keep the original box that the product arrived in, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost of the kennel.
REPACKING YOUR KENNEL
When returning or exchanging your kennel, it's important that you repack it correctly so as not to incur damages. Please review the following instructions:

Please note that once your refund is issued it could take up to 10 business days to receive the refund on your statement, dependent on your bank.
GUNNER will make every effort to exchange the limited-edition products, but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement at time of exchange request. The product that cannot be replaced with an identical limited-edition product will be replaced with the equivalent model and any incremental cost originally incurred will be refunded to the customer.
Orders being purchased through an Open Box event are final sale - as noted on the specific event product page.
