1. Sponsor This promotion (the "promotion") is sponsored by Edmonds Outdoors, LLC, 290 Tech Park Drive, La Vergne, TN 37086 ("Sponsor," "GUNNER," "we," or "us").

2. Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 9, 2026 and ends at 2:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on September 10, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). This window is set so that any order placed or comment submitted on the calendar day of September 9, 2026, in any continental U.S. time zone, falls within the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York and Florida, and void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter (two ways, no purchase necessary)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

• Method A — Eligible Order. Each order placed on gunner.com during the Promotion Period that meets the eligibility criteria in Section 5 (each, an "Eligible Order") is automatically entered. No separate action is required.
• Method B — Free Entry. During the Promotion Period, any individual may submit one (1) free entry by commenting the word "REFUND" on GUNNER's official Instagram post announcing this Promotion, published on September 9, 2026 (the "Promotion Post"). Only one entry per person will be counted regardless of how many times that person comments; duplicate or repeat comments from the same person or account will not increase odds of winning.

Eligible Orders and Free Entries are collectively "Entries" and are entered into the same prize drawing described in Section 6.

5. Exclusions The following do not qualify as an Eligible Order and are not eligible to win: (a) pre-order purchases, including without limitation pre-orders of the GUNNER Waterfowl Dog Vest; (b) orders cancelled, refunded, or returned prior to winner selection; (c) wholesale, bulk, or trade purchases; (d) orders placed outside the Promotion Period regardless of when payment settles. 

6. Winner Selection, Prizes & Odds Following the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will select winners in two separate categories:

(a) Order Winners. Sponsor will randomly select winners from among all Eligible Orders, using a random number generator or equivalent method, at an approximate rate of one (1) winner for every twenty-five (25) Eligible Orders. The number of Order Winners depends on the total number of Eligible Orders received during the Promotion Period. Each Order Winner will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for their order, including any tax and shipping charges.

(b) Free Entry Winners. Separately, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) winners from among all qualifying Free Entries (comments), regardless of the total number of Free Entries received. Odds of winning as a Free Entry depend on the total number of qualifying Free Entries received, but the number of Free Entry Winners will not exceed two (2) regardless of comment volume. Each Free Entry Winner will receive a prize equal to GUNNER's average order value (AOV) across all Eligible Orders placed during the Promotion Period, calculated by Sponsor after the Promotion Period ends, issued as GUNNER store credit / gift card.

ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ORDERS OR QUALIFYING FREE ENTRIES RECEIVED IN THE APPLICABLE CATEGORY.

7. Winner Notification Winners will be notified within 7 business days of selection via Instagram DM and/or the email or phone number on the applicable order. A winner may be required to provide information sufficient to verify eligibility and, if the value of their prize requires it, to complete and return a Form W-9 (or other applicable tax form) within 10 days of notification. Failure to timely respond, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, results in forfeiture and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

8. Taxes Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with their prize. Sponsor will issue applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law.

9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, and to disqualify any entrant it believes in good faith to be tampering with entries, using bots, or otherwise violating these Official Rules, in each case without liability. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, or any other social media platform, each of which is released from any liability in connection with the Promotion. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
