Great Product and even better customer service!

"First off, Gunner’s dog bumpers are an awesome product. I first purchased one at Chene and immediately liked it. Rather than going straight to Gunner to get more, I just ordered them from Amazon. When they arrived a few days later I noticed that one was missing the end cap. I reached out to Gunner to order the replacement cap rather than going thru the return process but Gunner insisted on replacing it free of charge. It’s really great to see a company stand behind their product even when they didn’t sell it themselves. I strongly recommend this product and this company!"

Best bumper and customer service there is!

"I purchased 2 bumpers for my retriever, and they get used dozens of times per day in wooded areas, thick grass, and water and have held up great. One of the cords ripped on the bumpers, and zero questions asked, they sent out replacement cords for the bumpers. Couldn’t ask for more than that! 10/10 product and customer service."

Works but wish I hadn’t had to buy

"I have bought 6 gunner bumpers. There are great except for the plug. On my second outing I lost the plug and had to buy a new one at $10 plus shipping it makes for an expensive bumper. Perhaps a hang tag emphasizing the right way to insert would be helpful or sending two plugs with the bumper. Thanks."
