Nashville GUNNER Guide: Best Places to Get a Margarita With Your Dog

Whether you're a local or just in town for the weekend, here's the rundown on a few of our go-to spots for some of the best margaritas in Music City.

More of a homebody? We get it. Grab a bottle of tequila and try your hand at making the iconic Weber's Margarita, via our friend John Dunaway.

REDHEADED STRANGER

Neighborhood: East Nashville
Alonna's Pick: Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Her Tip: Swirl with a classic or a Chill Bill. Pair with loaded tots.

MAS TACOS

Neighborhood: East Nashville
Amanda's Pick: Fresh Fruit Margarita or Frozen Paloma
Our Tip: Must order: at least one of the spicy carne molida tacos and the elote. On a chilly day, chicken tortilla soup is a must.

BARTACO

Neighborhood: 12 South & East Nashville
Macy's Pick: Bartaco Margarita
Her Tip: Sit outside and order your margarita spicy for a little extra kick.

PANCHO & LEFTY'S

Neighborhood: Sylvan Park & Berry Hill
Rylee's Pick: Frozen Strawberry Outlaw Margarita
Her Tip: Don't miss their all-day happy hour on the 5th of every month.

CINCO DE MAYO

Neighborhood: Brentwood
Addison's Pick: Texas Margarita on the rocks
Our Tip: Not technically dog friendly, but Gunner was known to go. We couldn't leave Addison's go-to off the list.

LA HACIENDA

Neighborhood: Franklin
Patrick's Pick: Gold Margarita
His Tip: Pair with the chimichanga special and eat on the patio. Grab a to-go marg on your way out. I took that photo of Addison & Emily there about 10 years ago by the way.
