• Lasercut, black powder-coated steel covers
• Tools needed for assembly include: Phillips head screwdriver, 7/16” wrench or ratchet, and supplied hex key. Power tools are not recommended.
• Hardware included in the Small/Medium Chew Kit is a 3/16" hex key and 20 door panel screws.

The Chew Kit accessory does not include theG1™ kennel,which is sold separately. Available for Small, Medium, Intermediate and Large sized kennels.
• Hardware included in the Intermediate/Large Chew Kit is 24 door panel screws and 20 window screws.
• Designed in line with the GUNNER kennel hexagonal grid doors
• This product requires installation when received, see “Good to Know” for details.

Good to Know

The Small/Medium Chew Kit requires installation upon receipt, we recommend the kennel top be disassembled for ease of installation as the Small/Medium kennel installation areas may be hard to access when the kennel is fully assembled. We have included a 3/16" Hex key for disassembly of the door from the top half of the kennel.

This product is highly recommended for dogs with a chewing problem, or who experience phobias and/or separation anxiety. Please note that GUNNER believes that crating is only a temporary fix for a dog with anxiety, and not the ultimate solution. We highly recommend investing in training for your high-drive K9, as some dogs who have been able to chew through our unprotected window vents and/or door are the pets left in crates for extended periods of time. Ultimately you know your dog best, so we defer to the owner whether you believe this kennel with a Chew Kit accessory is your best solution to contain your high-drive K9 in a bout of anxiety.

Q&A

Is this crate TSA and airlines approved?
Our G1™ does meet airline requirements, provided that you follow certain guidelines that pertain to consumer requirements (i.e. ""live pet"" label, accessible water and food containers, weight limit and size compliant, etc.) that are the responsibility of the pet owner. We can say that we have had plenty of customers who have successfully transported their dogs through airlines using GUNNER but we have also had customers turned away due to the weight of the kennel + dog. I'll include a link here with more information on air travel with the G1™: https://help.gunner.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055515551-Is-the-G1-crate-airline-approved-good-for-airplanes- We always recommend confirming with whatever your airline you are traveling with, regardless, as each has its own set of specifications.
